Dr. Victoria Phan

Dr. Victoria Phan was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Orlando, FL. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Pre-Clinical from the University of Central Florida. Her passion for eye care led her to pursue a Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry (NSU).

Dr. Phan completed her externship rotations at Southwest Orlando Eye Care in Orlando, FL; Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, GA; Lake Nona VA Medical Center in Orlando, FL; and NSU Eye Care Institute in Davie, FL. Through these diverse clinical experiences, she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive eye care and ocular disease management. She is committed to providing exceptional patient care and using her clinical skills to positively impact and serve her community.

Throughout her time at NSU, she participated in the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and various optometric student organizations. During her free time, Dr. Phan enjoys playing pickleball, running, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Dr. Phan is excited to continue her training and expand her clinical knowledge at Omni Eye Services as a resident. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with patients, faculty, and staff while providing compassionate, high quality eye care.
